What do you do if my item lost ?
I will claim to Japanese Post office , then I will refund or ship same item again (if it is in stock).
As I ship items with insurance, They rarely get lost. 99.7% orders arrive safety from Japan. (7lost/2561orders ,at 2004/NOV )
But sometime delivery delay happen via Registered Airmail :o( . (1-2weeks delay)
*It take 3-4 weeks for Japanese Post office claim checking. My Refund or same item shpping is after Post office checking.

What do you do if my item damaged ?
You can claim to your country Post office for the damage.
Sorry ,I cannot claim damages from Japan.
We ship items well packege to keep good condition.
We always ship doujinshi with hard cardboard like a sandwich.

What do if my airmail payment lost ?
Sorry , we can not take responsibility for lost.
If your airmail has insurance, you can request insurance money to post office in your countory.
If your airmail has no insurance, you can not request insurance money.
We recommand to use Registered airmail or insured airmail or Global Priority mail.
*As for our case, About 95% airmail (no insurance) arrived to us safety.
If you choose no insurance airmail, please send at own your risk.

We will wait your payment 3 days.
If you can not pay within 3days, sorry your order will be canseled.

How long does it take for shipping ?
If you chose EMS 5-10day after your order.
If you chose Registered airmail it takes 1-3 weeks.

Shipping cost differ by items.
For knowing shipping ,please put the item(s) that you want in the shopping cart.

How do you ship items ?
Can you ship items in plain box (not anime or doujin) ?
We will ship items in plain hard paper box or normall envelop .
We never ship items in hentai animetion drawed box or envelop.
Please look at sample images.
We use recycle hard paper box for shipping, too.
This is good for preventing duty tax and environment. (I think)

Book is covered in hard paper.
And it is put in postal envelop.(not anime or hentai)
If you order 3-10books. Books are coverd in single hard paper box.

When "out of stock item" will be restock ?
It depends on the item.
If it is old issue doujinshi ( more than 1 year ) , it will be very hard for restocking.
As for new issue doujinshi, it will be 5-14 days if it is not out of stock.
As you know, doujin items are a few publication,so doujin items will be sold out and dead stock soon.

Import Duty, custom, tax and law
Do I have to pay custom duty tax for accepting items from Japan?
It depends on your country.
If you choose shippng "Registered airmail ", you will hardly be asked for tax.
Because I ship them as documents.
As for EMS, it may sometime cost tax, for reduce tax I can write less value.
(Please write exact price that you want to declare in your order note)
But insurance is up to the amount declared.

Sorry, no. Our Get4U system only allows you to request one item at a time. This is to keep things easier for us when searching for your items. The only way to ask us to search for more than one item at a time, is to request everything seperate, by filling out the request form for every single item you want.

I've found many items in one Yahoo! Japan auction. Would I pay you just one handling fee for all of them ?
Sorry, but we have to account for every item, because the Get4U system is for finding single items. There are other websites offering auction agency services. We are item getters, not auction agents, but this does not mean we will not search Yahoo! for your item.
